This year’s Equinara Pulomas Open was held with a different concept from the previous year. The event was held at Equinara Horse Sports, Jakarta International Equestrian Park Pulomas on 15-16 August 2020, and contested two different competitions at the same time, that is the FEI (Federation Equestre International) Jumping World Challenge and the 1st Indonesia Pony Club Rally. Equinara Horse Sports will be hosting the FEI Jumping World Challenge in Indonesia in which the final competition will be in 20-22 November 2020. In the EPO match on Saturday, August 15, 2020, there were six classes which were competed, CD-01 (Walk Trot Children Pony Class), CD-02 (Walk Trot Class Open). CD-03 (Preliminary Test 1, Based on German NF Test A 5/1), CS-01 (Show Jumping 40 cm Pony Class Art. 274.2.5), CS-02 (Showjumping 50 cm Pony Class Open Art. 238.2. 1) and CS-03 (Showjumping 60 cm Horse Class Art. 238.2.1). Among these classes, equestrian athletes from Equinara Horse Sports managed to win the CD-01 and CS-02 classes. For the CD-01 class, the first winner was won by Teuku Rifat Harsya with his horse Milady, while for the CS-02 class all the champion positions were secured by the athletes of Equinara Horse Sports. The first winner in the CS-02 class is Cacu Cantiwa with the horse Captain Sparrow, and the second winner was won by Muhamad Haikal Arobi with the horse Romeo, and the third place was won by Aleeya Herlambang with the horse Coco.
Equinara Pulomas Open 2020 was held with a high regard of the Covid-19 health protocol, where Equinara Horse Sports severely limited the number of participants in this match. Of the total number of stalls owned by Equinara Horse Sports, 156 stalls, Equinara Horse Sports only provided 74 stalls (or less than 50% of capacity) for the Equinara Pulomas Open 2020 match. In addition, the holding of this horse show was directly monitored by the Health Department of DKI Jakarta, DISPORA DKI Jakarta and the local police of East Jakarta. Thus, it can be said that this competition really complied with the Regulation of the DKI Jakarta Governor No. 33 of 2020 dated 9 April 2020 concerning to the Implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions in Handling Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) in the Province of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, KEMENPORA Regulation No. 6.11.1 / Menpora / VI / 2020 dated 21 June 2020 concerning to the Protocol for the Prevention of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) Transmission in Youth and Sports Activities in Supporting the Continuity of the Activity Recovery through Adaptation to Changes in Lifestyle in a New Normal Order and FEI Policies in Organizing Competitions Equestrian during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
