Don Dancier

The energetic Don Dancier is by Dancier. Dancier has produced 42 State Premium Mares/Candidates, more than 20 licensed sons including numerous premium stallions and top prices at stallion sales, and has had 14 offspring in the Hanoverian Elite Auctions. His offspring, Premium Stallion Danciano who was was sold for 300,000 and another son of his, Dantander Hit, placed fifth at the Bundeschampionate. Furthermore there are highly successful up- and- coming sport horses, champion mares such as the State Premium Mare Dakota, and foals, selling for high prices at the auction site Verden.

Dancier enjoys the reputation as a representative of the Donnerhall blood, which has become remarkably significant in breeding of dressage horses all over the world. The shiny black stallion left the Verden Niedersachsenhalle in 2004 as a radiant champion stallion. In 2005, he won the final result as well as well as the dressage index at his stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf. A year later, he received the Freiherr von Stenglin award as best stallion of his age group. Dancier also won second place at the Hanoverian Riding Horse Championship and third place at the Bundeschampionate for four-year-old stallions. The stunning heredity power of Dancier, who is stationed at the State Stud Celle, has been recorded in a high FN breeding value. This notes him as one of the best rideable sires in 2013. In 2014, Dancier proved his heredity power at the Hanoverian Championships in Verden, 2014. Five three-year old mares and geldings sired by Dancier were placed. Among them were, the Hanoverian Champion Dantino in first place, De La Rose in second place, and in fourth place were Lordswood Dancing Diamond, Der Wedemaerker and Double You.

Don Dancier’s dam, Donata, is by the famous Donnerhall. In the damline you can find Daimler, Royal Flash and Di Caprio who competes/d in advance dressage. Donnerhall, the legendary stallion has shown his talent right from the start. In 1984 he scored 131.92 and became second in his performance test in Adelheidsdorf. Donnerhall’s competition career is absolutely outstanding. He represented the highest combination of breeding and sport successes. In 1986 Donnerhall was honored as DLG champion stallion, in 1994 he won team gold and freestyle bronze with his lifelong rider Karin Rehbein at the WEG in Hague. This result was repeated at the European Championships at Verden in 1997, witth Gold in the team and bronze in the individual. In 1998, he won another team gold medal and an outstanding fourth place in the individual results at the WEG in Rome. Donnerhall also won the World Cup European League and he was also crowned stallion of the year in 1997 and 1998.
