Barron is our chestnut youngster born on 21st of April, 2018. Barron is one of our quality youngsters out of well-reknowned stallion Big Star and our State Premium Mare, SPS Alpacca. His bloodlines mixes the two best lines in Showjumping. Barron’s sire Big Star is one of of the best Showjumping horses in the world, with numerous high profile wins including 2 Olympic Gold titles under the renowned GB rider, Nick Skelton. Following his outstanding achievements in 2012, Big Star captured the KWPN Horse of the Year title. In 2013 the stallion once again proved that he’s one of the world’s best show jumpers. Winning the 2013 Rolex Grand Prix of Aachen and the CSI5* Piazza di Roma Grand Prix are amongst the many impressive results for the amazing Big Star
Barron’s dam sire Alpacca is our premium mare by As di Villagana. As di Villagana was the winner of the Dobrock Championship 2000 for four-year-old jumping horses in Germany. Exported to the USA, As di Villagana has had a stellar career as a showjumper, winning many Grand Prix competitions. Alpacca is the full sister of the licensed stallion Asti’s Amsterdam who is approved for Hanoverian Jumper Breeding Program. The bay stallion is not only special because of his influential pedigree, but also because of his outstanding achievements. Asti’s Amsterdam completed his 30-day performance test in 2004 with an overall score of 8.25, and 9..25 for style and 10 for his scope.
