Sir Deniro inherits the movement of his sire, Sir Donnerhall I, who has been popular as a sire of auction horses for years. He regularly delivers top horses selling for six-figure prices. Sir Deniro’s half-brother, Seneca (by Stedinger) is a premium stallion and sold at 110.000 Euro.
Sir Donnerhall I is a sire of World Champions, Winners of the Bundeschampionship, price record setters and licensing champions. He is regarded as a hero and producer of champions of historic uniqueness. His outstanding traits and heredity highlights are legendary. He has been dominating the Bundeschampionate for four years, and no sire has done so before him. In 2012 and 2013 his son Sa Coeur became World Champion of the young dressage horses in Verden and top horse at the PSI auction in Ankum. In 2014, his daughter Special Diva OLD won the Bundeschampionate of three-year-old mares and geldings. Prior to that she was crowned as Oldenburger Vice-Landeschampionesse. Sir Donnerhall’s son Sir Heinrich dominated the scene of the five year old dressage horses. Sir Donnerhall’s progeny are always sought after. He was one of the most successful auction horses for years and he is also a continuous producer of top horses achieving 6 digit prices. His offspring always impress with their great style, modern type and subtle movements. According to the FN breeding value association, Sir Donnerhall I is ranked as one of the best dressage sires who is also trained up to Grand Prix level.
The dam’s sire De Niro is ranked fifth among the world’s best dressage sires. The in foal rates of De Niro are 90% with both chilled and frozen semen. De Niro also has very successful descendants. Among them are World Cup winner, German Vice Champion and Medien Cup winner , Dablino, ridden by Anabel Balkenhol. Another offspring, D’Agostino under Fabienne Luetkemeier is a three time EC gold medal winner in the class for young dressage rider. Furthermore, Deveraux OLD ridden by Sanneke Rothenberger is also a EC gold medal in the class for young dressage riders. Other than that he is also German Champion and World Champion of young dressage horses. The talented young Grand Prix star, Delgado, ridden by Beatriz Ferrer-Salat/ESP is also one of De Niro’s offspring. De Niro is also the sire of the famous Desperados who was the winner of the German Dressage Derby ridden by Falk Rosenbauer. Now Desperados is ridden by Kristina Sprehe, and was on the short list for the German Olympic Team 2012. In 2013, Desperados and D’Agostino, helped the German dressage team win the gold medal at the European Championships in Herning. De Niro is also the sire of countless auction horses that raise top prices such as the stallion performance test winner, Duke of Oldenburg who was sold for 300,000 Euros.
